As I've told you before, I have not been able to work out for over a month. At first I had a cough that lasted for about 2,5 weeks. When it FINALLY went away, I got a real cold instead (so I was only 100% good for 3 days). I have quite a low immune system because of the medicine I take for my rheumatism. However, it was a long time ago I was sick for such a long time. It's really nice to be back at the gym. I always get so much energy when I work out. Love it! Today I did 30 min running + legs. My legs were shaking so MUCH when I was done. It crazy! ♥
