Friday evening it was my turn to cook at home! I did a really delicious healthy cauliflower pizza. You need to try it!! I'm pretty bad following recipes, but I followed THIS one pretty much. nTo make 4 mini pizzas you need:n- 1 cauliflowern- 1 jar of tomato sauce n- 1 bag of grated parmesann- 1 bag of grated mozzarellan- 4 tablespoons of rice wheatn- 2 eggsn- 1 teaspoonf of truffle oil n- Some chiliflakes + koriander + pepper For the topping, you can have what you want but I had:n- 2 mozzarellan- 5 slices of prosciutto n- 1 jar of sun dried tomatoes. nPulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor to get a fine snowy powder. Then microwave the "snowy powder" for 4 minutes and then try to bring out as much water as possible from it. Then mix the cauliflower with the rest of the ingredients. nWhen you've mixed all the ingredients make 4 mini pizzas out of the dough. nPut them in the oven (230 degrees) for 10 minutes. nAfter the pizza has been in the oven for 10 minutes, take them out and start adding the topping you wanna have. As I said before I had sun dried tomates, prosciutto and mozzarella. nWhen the topping is on, put the pizzas in the oven for 5 more minutes and voilá the pizzas are done. From the start to the end it took me almost 35 minutes. I was quite skeptical of these cauliflower pizzas but they were so good!!
