Hi babes! This morning I went to the gym to work out. I really enjoy working out in the morning, gives me so much energy the rest of the day. But OMG, today's work out was so tough. I was at the gym alone doing some ab exercises and then the instructor of the "Cross cage" class came and asked me if I wanted to join their class because only 2 persons showed up. And I wanted to say no, but it felt so mean to say no. So I said yes... Worst 20 minutes in my whole life. At one point I thought I was about to die haha! We did tabata intervals. You do an exercise for 20 seconds and then you rest 10 sec and then you do that for 8 rounds in total. Do you understand why I felt I was about to die? I already feel so sore in my booty and my back.
